Organ Study Trips

Since 2008, the Betts Centre has organised annual organ study trips across Europe. Destinations included Northern and Southern Germany, Italy, Spain, France, and the Netherlands. Organ study trips usually take place during the vacation between Hilary and Trinity Terms (end of March/beginning of April).

In March 2025, a combined group of nearly 30 organ scholars from both Oxford and Cambridge Universities visited Paris, supported by the Betts Scholar and his Cambridge counterpart, Katelyn Emerson.

For 22 to 25 March 2026, a similar trip is planned, with Amsterdam as its destination.
